Well poolies, we have encountered yet another beginning of an interesting chapter tonight. Owner of the BeLEAFers was having an "arguement" with the owner of Team Awesome, this battle was over the NHL players currently on the team owned by Jacob Ebbett. If you can remember earlier this year, Ebbett lost all privelages and was suspended from the league for what was said to be the year, and thats what we believed up to now. Here is the heated discussion between Roy and Haines
"by the way, i think we might just draft jacobs team " - Roy
"I dont like that idea at all, i would rather not draft them teams" - Haines
"jacobs team because it isnt going anywhere, jacob suggested it, the lower teams need help and this would do it, im just tryin to work to everyones advantage" - Roy
"I would say if you wanna crack that way, the bottom 3 teams get them,Or you know what, i would like to lift Jacobs susension, he has been really good about things" - Haines
"indeed, that could be considered, but in the case of a draft i cant distribute to only three teams, those bottom teams get top and prime selection, i consider that fair, just a thought .. Ive gotta go, but we will be talking about Jacobs suspension a little later" - Roy
"ok sounds good commish, have a good night" - Haines
Interesting or what? Well poolies, this is where our weekly pool comes in, and we need the ultimate in participation from all you fans. Bring him back!! why? because hes learned from what he did i do believe. I dont know if its just me, but i think jacob has learned about some respect and what it is, he obviously isnt going to win this pool, or have a chance to, but it will still be interesting to see what he can do. Hes won many hockey pools, he knows what hes doing! come on guys, give him another chance!
I'd rather not vote, because i really dont know, each choice has a good reason behind it, francually, i say do what you want
I'm going to vote in favor of Jacob this time, on the conditions that he serves a mild penalty and his privileges will be revoked for one week following his return. His team will be reinstated and his full and complete privileges will be returned to him the week following his return.
I say that he would be okay to come back, but with a warning that if he does one thing inappropriate he is gone!... I think that everyone deserves a second chance, because we got one from Christ. Still we must live for Christ as well and love our neighbors (Jacob) and live for Christ (getting away from, our ways of swearing) ... let us not be hypocrites, I say give him a chance!
